The Company provided consulting services to Discovery Enterprises Inc., a large B.C. venture capital fund and sourced and structured profitable opportunities for other venture capital firms. Also it has engineered several turnaround situations.

Our primary focus is to arrange financing and provide management services to companies that have developed products and systems benefiting the conventional resource industry. As an example, we have identified that pipeline and tar sands operators must address environmental safety concerns if they are to continue the production, transport and sale of their products.

It is our view that technical innovation will be the key to solving these issues. Companies that we reviewed so far have, for example, developed protective coatings for pipelines and better methods of oil sands tailings cleanup.
